The Story



After spending countless hours searching for the perfect Chanuka sweater, nothing online seemed to hit the mark. From slogans like "let's get lit" or "I love you a latke", although cute, there seemed to be a lacking in designs that were historically and authentically accurate in representing the holiday.



So, we decided it was time to make our own. The artwork on this sweater was meticulously designed to represent ancient Jerusalem where the story of Chanuka takes place. What really makes this sweater stand out from the rest, is the menorah (note: the menorah in the temple had 7 branches where is a chanukiah has 9).



The next time someone assumes Chanuka is just a Jewish version of Christmas, whip out your sweater to represent!

Sizes

This sweater runs true to size. For a roomier fit size up, for a snugger fit size down. Shipping

Please note that there are COVID-19 shipping delays. Orders placed by Thursday, November 19th has an estimated delivery timeframe between November 30th - December 7th. However, there is no guarantee. We do guarantee though, that you'll be wearing this sweater all winter even when Chanuka is over.

The fit of this sweater is unisex. Size up or down if you want a looser or snugger fit.

50% pre-shrunk cotton, 50% polyester
Fabric weight: 8.0 oz/yd² (271.25 g/m²)
Double-lined hood with matching drawcord
Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the middle
Air-jet spun yarn with a soft feel and reduced pilling
1x1 athletic rib-knit cuffs and waistband with spandex
Double-needle stitched collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and hem
Front pouch pocket





Care

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.



How it's made
This sweater is made to order using a direct to garment (aka DTG) printing method. All inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. A special solution is used in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a slight new shirt scent. It will disappear after the first wash.

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
